Northeast Dallas Apartments
When you think of Dallas, you probably think of a metropolis populated by bright lights and skyscrapers. The last thing you would expect to find is lush landscaping, mature trees, and a winding creek. But that is an exact description of our setting here at Riverwalk Apartments. We aren’t like other apartment communities in northeast Dallas; we’re different, and we feel that it is our location here at Audelia Road and Walnut Street that really sets us apart.
For starters, we boast a cozy location that is far enough away from downtown for you to escape the daily grind, yet still close enough to enjoy an evening out in the metro area. Residents of our one and two bedroom apartments enjoy easy access to both I-75 and I-635. We are also just a quick drive from the employment hubs of Texas Instruments, Medical City Hospital, and Richland College, which at less than half a mile away from our property is also within walking distance. Our location here at Riverwalk Apartments is also great for those of you who prefer public transportation to driving. There are numerous DART stops within a five-mile radius of our community and we are serviced by both the Red and Blue Lines.
But what good is an apartment community if you don’t have access to life’s essentials like grocery stores and an excellent public school system? Super Target, Walmart, Petco, and Kroger are all within two miles of our complex, and we reside within the attendance boundaries of the highly acclaimed Richardson School District. Your child is most likely to attend one of the following schools: Prairie Creek Elementary, Lake Highland Junior High, and Berkner High School.
